Cancellation Policy
Thank you for supporting our animals! All bookings are subject to the following policies: Reservations: All rides and activities must be booked in advance. Full payment (or deposit, if applicable) is required to secure your reservation. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. Weather: For the safety of our guests and animals, Heartsong Valley Farms may reschedule rides in the event of severe weather. If we must cancel due to weather, you may reschedule or receive a full credit. Safety & Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. All riders must follow instructions from staff. Heartsong Valley Farms reserves the right to refuse service if safety rules are not followed.
